The below Batch Recipes are designed specifically for our SlushBro Double Bowl Slush Machines, provided for all of our Long Term Slush Machine Hire customers.
Some Tips Before You Batch.

You can always add alcohol later when you are sure about the recipe. This is to save cost in case you need to discard what you’ve made.

For optimal freezing, keep your batch chilled before pouring it into your slush machine.

You can create your batch and refrigerate it for up to roughly 2 weeks. Alternatively, batches can be defrosted after being in your machine and refrigerated for up for 2 weeks from make date.

Using a refractometer, the aim is to achieve 12-13% Brix.
