Who do you primarily work with?
We work with bars and venues looking to add fast and efficient frozen cocktails to their menu, as well as brands, distributors, and suppliers wanting to promote their products and increase sales.
What is the minimum hire period for your slush machines?
We offer simple and flexible hire arrangements, with a minimum 4-month period for any slush machine hired, then month to month, with the ability to opt into a 12-month agreement at that point in time.
What is the pricing model for each machine hired?
Hire costs per machine hired begin at $459.99 per month including GST, with the first 2 months invoiced at the commencement of hire period. This ongoing hire costs includes:

Discounted pricing is based on total machines hired:
1-4 Machine: Standard Costs
5-9 Machines: 5% Discount
10-19 Machines: 10% discount
20-29 Machines: 20% discount
30+ Machines: 30% discount
Early exit fees are $200.00 incl GST (pro-rated if necessary) for each remaining month until minimum 4 month hire period reached.
Eg, customer ends hire period at 2 months, early exit fees are $200.00 x 2.
Eg, customer ends hire period at 3 months, early exit fees are $200.00 x 1.

What are the dimensions of the slush machines?
Our Icetro machines have dimensions of 395 x 468 x 897 (mm) (W x D x H), ensuring they fit comfortably in most bar and venue spaces.
What is the weight of the slush machines?
Each machine weighs approximately 54 kg empty.
How much power do the slush machines require?
Each machine runs off standard electrical outlets and has a power consumption of 1,020W.
What is the capacity of the slush machines?
Each bowl is 12L liquid, expanding to circa 15L through the freezing process, serving roughly 70 x 200 ml per batch, which is made from roughly 10-12L of unfrozen, liquid contents, including alcohol.
Are the slush machines easy to clean and maintain?
Yes, Icetro machines are designed for easy cleaning and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. We provide venues with detailed cleaning schedules and instructions as part of their induction.
Can the slush machines handle continuous use?
Absolutely, our machines are built for reliability and can handle continuous use in busy bar and venue environments.
Logistics
Do you offer nationwide logistics services?
Yes, we provide nationwide delivery and collection services, providing fully assembled machines directly to venues across Australia.
How long does it take to deliver a slush machine?
Delivery times vary based on location, but we strive to deliver machines as quickly as possible. Specific delivery timelines can be discussed during the hiring process.

As part of your formal quote, SlushBro will provide detailed costs for the delivery and collection of each slush machine unit hired based on location.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Who maintains the slush machine throughout the hire period?
The venue is responsible for the general and regular upkeep of the machines. This includes the regular cleaning and upkeep to ensure the effective running of the machines, which involves no longer than 15-20 minutes per week.
What happens if the machine requires troubleshooting or maintenance?
We manage all troubleshooting and maintenance queries throughout the hire period to minimise operational downtime.
For any damage to machine units, tubs or lids as a result of poor handling or negligence, then there may be costs associated with repair. Further detail on this is provided prior to hire.
How quickly can replacement parts be shipped?
If parts need replacing, we express ship them to the venue to ensure minimal disruption.
For any small replacement parts needed as a result of use over time or wear and tear (such as O-rings in plungers, tap springs etc), these are shipped directly to the venue and are absorbed within monthly hire costs.
What if the machine requires unexpected servicing?
Should a machine require unexpected servicing, an identical replacement unit is sent directly to the venue within days.
We are not available for on-site call out. If there are any issues that cannot be rectified over the phone, a replacement unit is shipped to the venue with detailed instructions and equipment to return the current unit showing faults.
General turnaround for a replacement machine unit to arrive at the venue off the back of a faulty diagnosis is 2-5 business days dependant on location.
Does SlushBro provide alcohol?
No, SlushBro does not provide alcohol. However, SlushBro will provide you with the best alcohol pairings for each flavour.
Is there a requirement for the alcohol used in the slush machines?
As part of your engagement with your venue customer, you will recommend that the alcohol used to create frozen drinks in our slush machines be purchased from your brand.
Slushbro cannot enforce the use of any particular contents on premise. This arrangement is between the brand and the venue directly.
Can we provide specific recipes for the frozen cocktails?
Yes, you can provide specific recipes for the frozen cocktails, and we will ensure that the machines are set up to deliver the best results for your drinks.

Custom Branding
Can the slush machines be custom branded?
Yes, we offer the ability to custom brand our machines with your unique designs.
Our costs are one off $150.00 per unit/machine hired, which includes all costs associated with printing and application.
Upon the provision of final designs, please allow 5-7 business days for printing and application.
Who handles the labelling and application process for custom branding?
We handle the labelling and application process for custom branding to ensure your machines look professional and align with your brand's image.
